{Helen's Shoot}

Yesterday I met this lovely, extended family at my good old, favourite spot that I love to use for group photos.
It was a cool morning and a little bit grey and drizzly, but thankfully the weather managed to hold off for us to be able to do this long awaited photo shoot.
Helen (the grandma) was given a 'Heavensent Photography' gift voucher for her birthday last year and she wanted to find the perfect time to have all her grandkids involved in the shoot.
It was sooo lovely to see the kids all playing, laughing and interacting together, the older two were so great at looking out for the two littlies, and very helpful and co-operative for me.
Thank you everyone for meeting me at the park yesterday and being such good sports, even though it was a little cold and damp. It was a fun and relaxing shoot which has resulted in some great photos.
I hope you enjoy this sneak peek and all the best for your upcoming adventure!

{Gorgeous Master G}

Well it's taken me a week or two, but I finally got the chance to write my blog post about these two photoshoots that I did for this lovely little family.
The couple were given a very generous gift voucher from the mummy's two sisters so that they could have maternity and newborn shots done for the pregnancy and arrival of this gorgeous little 'man'.

It was so much fun seeing them all again (I did the same on the arrival of their little girl as well), so it was great to see Little Miss M and how much she'd grown and changed!

Master G was sleeping so beautifully and peacefully when I arrived, however that didn't last long when we started to pose him into position! It seems he isn't very keen on having his clothes off and being out of his wrap, so it took us a good 4 hours for us to get him settled and sleeping in order to get some good shots. But with lots of feeding and persistence, we finally achieved success!!

It was great to see you all again, congratulations on the birth of your gorgeous little boy! Hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

{A Gift For Mum}

This weekend I met up with a family at one of my favourite locations, the Botanical Gardens, to do a photoshoot of three generations. The photoshoot was a gift from the (adult) daughters to their mum, and what a lovely way to use the voucher, to include all the family members in the shoot!
The littlies pictured here are the youngest (being the grandchildren) and were so much fun to capture.
They loved playing in amongst the giant tree trunks and discovered some great hiding spots in them.
This is a small sample of the different shots taken on the day, there'll be plenty more to come. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
PS. If anyone doesn't know what to buy their mum this mother's day, how about a gift voucher to create some treasured memories of your own, a gift that'll last a lifetime!

{Lovely, Little, Miss L}

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Miss L and her wonderful parents.  This little girl was such a joy to photograph as she slept beautifully through most of the photoshoot, allowing us to play with several different props, hats, blankets, etc.
She's such a calm, sweet, little girl (who certainly enjoys her milk), and once fed, she was so content to look around and take it all in for quite some time.
Thank you so much for allowing me into your home to photograph your precious, baby girl, it was a pleasure to meet such a nice family. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

{Miss C and Little Miss A}

Forgive me, I'm a little behind in my blogging. With my own two kiddies going back to school and with myself being unwell with a virus, I have a bit of catching up to do!

Last week I had the opportunity to meet these two little ladies at the Botanical Gardens.  They were such sweet, well behaved little girls who really tried hard to do everything asked of them.  The older sister, Miss C, was a fun spirited little girl who just loved playing with the Autumn leaves and Miss A was a little more cautious of me and my big lense pointing in her direction.
Both the girls opened up beautifully though as they began to play in the gardens, which resulted in some lovely, natural shots of them. Thanks for meeting me last week, these are just a few shots that I'll share with you now. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

{A Perfect Day}

On Easter Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Melissa and Damian's Wedding. The weather was just perfect for an outdoor service on the foreshore of the beach, which was really lucky considering the day before it was dusty, cold and windy!

Melissa was just stunning as she wore her mum's wedding dress which was so simple, classy and elegant. And little Miss S was very cute in her gorgeous, blue, dress and special, sparkly shoes, which she took great pride in showing me.

The day went so smoothly and had such a lovely ambiance. The sound of the ocean in the background of the service and the soft light of the late afternoon sun helped to make it a really beautiful occasion.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day. Have a wonderful honeymoon and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

{Little Miss E}

I was so excited to photograph little Miss E this morning. I photographed her mummy and daddy's wedding a little while back and it was wonderful to hear the news that they had a beatiful baby girl two weeks ago.
She was such a good little girl during her photoshoot, she was happy to just sleep, but when we disturbed her too much, she certainly let us know about it!
It was lovely to see you guys again and to meet the newest member of your family, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
